"I work with Nicole Guidi and Avery Grapes. I had a wonderful experience
with them both and they did a very, very fine job. I really appreciate
the way they stayed within budget and found me great furniture that
really worked well within the budget we set forth. We remodeled some
offices and needed 14 new cubicles plus new furniture for the private
offices. Nicole and Avery fit everything into our plan and on top of
that, were incredibly patient with me. They presented me with a few
options, and I kept changing my mind. Instead of growing impatient they
just let me take whatever time I needed to figure it out. I really appreciated
that! They handled all the details of ordering, delivery and set-up
and Nicole made sure that it went smoothly every step of the way. The
only glitch we had is that the manufacturer said they could not have
the boss’s furniture delivered until the week following the rest
of the furniture. That was just unacceptable because we needed to be
fully operational by Monday. I called Avery and told her I needed everything
by Friday at the latest . . . and she got it handled. I don’t
know what she did, but I do know she called me back and said, “It’s
all handled, the furniture will be there Friday” . . . and it
was! They are wonderful to work with, and I’m still working with
them and will continue to use them whenever I have an office furniture
need or project."
