SPACE PLANNING

Expert interior space planning and furniture layouts Planning existing and to-be-acquired furniture into current space or new location Layouts provided in both 2-D and 3-D perspectives using industry standard CAD software that fully integrates with other software programs

BUDGETING

Assist in creating furniture budgets with options in various styles and price ranges Provide information and consultation on cost differentials as related to function and quality

FURNITURE SPECIFICATIONS

Assist in furniture selection by developing criteria for function, appearance and budget Coordinate selections with office colors, style, finishes and company culture Create detailed specifications of furniture and finishes

FURNITURE PROCUREMENT

Place orders with factories Verify orders accuracy against manufacturer acknowledgement Confirm factory production and ship dates Track carrier and shipments

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Attend construction meetings as required to coordinate all aspects of delivery and installation Arrange for the receiving of product; verify shipment is complete Schedule installation and coordinate with all parties involved Manage and oversee installation crew Facilitate teardown and reconfiguration of existing furniture Arrange removal of existing furniture if necessary, including valuation of furniture and both sale and donation disposition options.

FOLLOW UP SERVICES

Inspect furniture for freight damage and submit any necessary claims Submit warranty claims when necessary and schedule follow-up service Provide planning for reconfigurations and modifications Provide skilled technicians for re-configurations

LEASING

At the client's request, Corporate Dimensions will assist the client in obtaining lease financing for their furniture purchases.
